In what areas can I get restaurant food delivered?

Borotogo.com offers restaurant food delivery throughout the city limits of Murfreesboro, TN.

Can I Order From Outside The Delivery Area?

For Quality of Service, delivery areas are limited to ensure your meal is delivered hot and fresh. We can sometimes deliver outside Murfreesboro during off-peak periods for an extra fee. Large or Catering orders placed in advance can also be delivered outside normal delivery zones. Please call for availability 615-896-2864.

When can I get restaurant food delivery & catering?

  • BREAKFAST: Requires 24 hours notice, $100 minimum, and 15% gratuity for your Mobil waiter.Mon-Sat 7:00am-10:00am
  • LUNCH: Mon-Fri 10:30am-2:00pm
  • DINNER: Mon-Sat 4:30pm-8:30pm
    (Last orders taken at 8:30pm).
  • Saturday and Sunday 7:00am 8:30 pm
    Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner drop-off catering and food delivery is available when placed by 5:00pm Friday with a $100 minimum food order and 15% gratuity for your mobile server. Plan ahead and let us handle your food for weekend trainings, parties, meetings, and events with quality restaurant food sure to please any crowd!

Do I Need to Tip My Waiter/Driver?

No, We add a 15% tip on all orders.Of course, if you are not satisfied, we will make adjustments.100% of your gratuity goes directly to your mobile server. Mobile Waiters are independent business people that work hard to make sure that your restaurant food is delivered on-time and accurately.The delivery fee goes toward covering auto costs, they are compensated totally by gratuities.

How long does it take?

The average food delivery time varies based on volume and time of the day. We usually quote 60 minutes to allow for possible incidental delays like heavy traffic, long preparation times in busy restaurants, and poor weather. We strongly recommend Lunch food delivery reservations between 11:30 12:30 be made the prior day, as that time period gets booked quickly. We also suggest planning ahead, if at all possible, to for a firmer delivery time, especially for large orders.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order is confirmed, the restaurant will have begun the preparation and orders cannot be canceled.

How can I pay?

Residence/Hotel: Cash, Credit Card, and Gift Certificates. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards are accepted. Corporate: Cash, Credit Card, Company Check (company check address must match delivery address), House Account, and Gift Certificates..

What is the delivery charge and order minimum?

The food delivery charge is $4.99 (WITHIN THE CITY) or $6.99 (Between Murfreesboro and Smyrna)for Corporate, Residential and Hotel deliveries. No matter how big your order is or how many people it serves, thats it! There is a minimum food order of $10. On all orders totaling $75 or more, a 15% gratuity will be added. There are no additional fees for using a credit card.

Will you pick-up from multiple restaurants?

Of course, you can order food delivery from more than one restaurant, especially for large catering orders where you need multiple types of food, but we do require that you meet the minimum order and pay the normal delivery charge for each restaurant you order from.

Can I sign up for a Corporate House Account for food delivery and/or corporate catering?

We would be happy to consider your company for a House account, payable bi-weekly. Simply call our accounting department at 615-896-2864 during normal business hours Monday-Friday.

Is ordering my food online safe?

Yes, Borotogo.com has taken your security and privacy very seriously and has taken all necessary precautions to receive and store your data securely.

How do I request a restaurant menu guide to be mailed to me?

To request a restaurant delivery menu guide and/or catering guide, simply send an Email with your request to customerservice@Borotogo.com

Does my credit card need to be present at the time of food delivery?

Yes. Borotogo.com requires that a customer must provide the credit card at the time of the food delivery for an imprint and signature from the credit card holder. This credit card imprint policy is in place for the protection of credit card holders/owners and is a requirement of Borotogo.com credit card processing company.
